* 1.5 Cup TAHERI FLOUR(HORSE BRAND) MAIDA
* 3 Eggs
* 1.5 TEA SPOON BAKING POWDER
* 100 g Butter
* 1 Tea Spoon Vanilla Essence (ADD 2 TABLE SPOON OF COCOA POWDER INSTEAD OF VANILLA ESSENCE FOR CHOCOLATE CAKE ) 2 TABLESPOON MILK ( IF NEEDED)
* 3/4th Cup Castor Sugar
* 2 Table Spoon Milk

TAKE HORSE BRAND MAIDA & BAKING POWDER & SIFT IT TOGETHER.BEAT THE BUTTER & SUGAR TOGETHER.BEAT THE EGGS SEPERATELY & KEEP IT ASIDE. AFTER BUTTER & SUGAR ARE PROPERLY BEATEN THEN SLOWLY ADD MAIDA WITH BAKING POWDER & EGGS.AFTER IT IS MIXED PROPERLY THEN ADD VANILLA ESSENCE & IF TOO HARD THEN ADD MILK TO IT. TAKE OUT THE MIXTURE IN A GREASED CAKE DISH & PUT IT IN THE PREHEATED OVEN TO BAKE ON MODERATE HEAT FOR 20-25 MIN.ON 150 DEGREE .F TO CHECK IF CAKE IS DONE OR NOT PRICK A FORK IN IT , IF FORK COMES OUT CLEAN THEN CAKE IS READY.

* CUP HORSE BRAND MAIDA ( 1 CUP= 8 OZ )
* 3 Eggs
* 1/2 CUP CASTOR SUGAR
* 1 TEA SPOON BAKING POWDER
* 100 g BUTTER
* 1 TEA SPOON VANILLA ESSENCE
* 2 TB SP WATER ( IF NEEDED)
* 1 CUP COCONUT POWDER (DRIED COCONUT)( Dried Coconut )
* 1/2 CUP STRAWBERRY JAM OR JELLY
 
 
 
Method
TAKE HORSE BRAND MAIDA & BAKING POWDER & SIFT IT TOGETHER.SEPERATE THE EGG WHITES & YOLK. BEAT THE BUTTER & SUGAR TOGETHER, THEN ADD THE EGG YOLK TO IT.AFTER PROPERLY BEATEN ADD VANILLA ESSENCE TO IT. THEN SLOWLY ADD MAIDA TO IT.IF MIXTURE IS VERY HARD THEN ADD WATER TO IT. BEAT THE EGG WHITES SEPERATELY & KEEP ASIDE. THEN MAKE THE BISCUITS FROM THE MIXTURE & THEN DIP IT IN THE EGG WHITES. PUT COCONUT POWDER ON IT & MAKE A HOLE IN THE BISCUIT. THEN PUT JAM OR JELLY IN IT & THEN PUT IT IN GREASED DISH & PUT IT IN THE PREHEATED OVEN TO BAKE ON MODERATE HEAT FOR 15-20 MIN ON 150 DEGREE F.
